5 Stars Fantastic amount of space for the price
I’m usually a bit annoyed when it comes to prices of flash drives/thumb drives/or whatever, but the price for this 4GB flash drive was fantastic. I only ended up paying $11 or so for the whole shebang, that’s cheap. It works like any flash drive, and the closing feature is a nice addition. Also fast shipping from shipper, can’t go wrong here.

5 Stars Thumb Drive
Every SanDisk USB thumb drive I’ve purchased has been a winner. I’ve never had any problems with this USB flash drive compared to others that start acting up.

3 Stars Slooooooow
Well, it’s cheap, for 4 GB.

But, it’s also very slow, around 3 MB/s Write speed. 25 minutes to fill it up. Outrageous.

Read speed is above 20 MB/s.

Still, I would not buy a second one, when you can buy a class 4 or class 6 MicroSD card and an adapter for the same price, and you can get better write performance with that combination, in a smaller form factor.

3 Stars Great product, not great shipping
I was very pleased with the flash drive. It holds plenty for our organization’s needs and I like that I don’t have to worry about keeping up with a cover. I was not pleased with having to pay postage due for the shipment. Beach Camera’s response to my email regarding same was essentially, “Sorry about that.” I doubt I will use this supplier again.

5 Stars The Sandisk Cruzer Micro 4.0GB Flash Drive ROCKS!!!
I purchased the Sandisk Cruzer Micro 4.0GB flash drive because my sister lost the one I had lent her and the replacement she purchased for me shortly thereafter was not backwards-compatible with Windows 98 — the computer that hosts my ProMetric beam cross-sectional analyser (a [...] test instrument that sees frequent use for my website at [...]) runs this OS. Needless to say, it performs absolutely flawlessly!!! I couldn’t be more satisfied. It was only when I went to write this review that I saw other users of this product who were dissatisfied with it. Mine did *NOT* come loaded with any extra software to “throw a monkey wrench into the works” as it were (which I would most likely have deep-sixed anyway), so I have no complains in that department.

1 Star DO NOT BUY THIS
A waste of money. The USB connection device fell apart the first day. The software does not work on Macs OR Windows XP. In fact, my linux laptop could not even recognize the drive. If I could rate this as a zero star item, I would.

1 Star Not worth it
I bought this item thinking it was going to be just like the one from Colby. I got crap. It worked, as long as you want a light image of all your pictures. I even went to the screen where you can adjust the brightness / contrast. I darkened it to the maximum it will let you. Still very light pictures. I sent it back. The one my mom has, she loves. Colby has good picture quality and same size as this. When I requested my money back, it took them over a month to refund me a check. Buyer Beware on this one.

5 Stars Fun gift
I chose this item because it claimed to hold the most photos of all the keychain photo viewers. It was less expensive than some of the others, so I didn’t know what to expect. I have been pleasantly surprised.It comes in a nice pink gift box, and was very easy to use and put photos on (which is good, because the instructions have been so poorly translated that they are amusing reading). It will make a great gift for my mother.

Just purchased this item and am pleasantly surprised.

My wife and I travel extensively and this allows us to share pictures of our adventures…without bulky glossy photos. We’ve actualy attached it to our carry on…holds over 100 pictures and the slide show is a nice touch.

Would purchase…again !
