What can you say, it is a battery and regardless of how long they last in the camera it’s always nice to have a spare.

Official Canon battery at a great price, cheaper than fleabay and way cheaper than Canon!

The new battery for the EOS 7D is a bit expensive ($110.00 when I needed it),

but it has superb power(1800 mah)and gives the user great status feedback through the camera. Canon had embedded a chip in the battery that makes it difficult for the ‘knockoff’ folks to duplicate it at a more reasonable price.

I purchased this battery for my Canon 5 D Mark2. This OEM battery works perfect with my camera and it reconizes the voltage and type of battery.I would recommend using this battery

with Canon camera’s. This unit holds the charge for a long time. There are other batteries that will fit our specific camera’s but they are not as good as the original. Be aware the voltage
