2 Stars Not on my Nikon
I wish I had read the critical reviews more closely before ordering this strap. I had hoped to provide some security for my Nikon D40 without the neck strap which I dislike. Trouble is that if I cinch it tight enough for security, I can hardly get my finger on the shutter release.

4 Stars Opteka wrist strap
This is an excellent buy. Be sure to look at the customer photos for a better attachment method that allows more physical flexibility while maintaining the security of the strap. I’m female and, while I have fairly large hands, I did find that having the side of the pad with the most curvature toward my wrist gave me a more secure and comfortable fit.

4 Stars Too large
I bought this item because my hands are very small, so small I find carrying my DSLR difficult for long periods of time. This item was made for large (maybe bigger male) hands and didn’t even adjust small enough to skim my fingers. Obviously, didn’t do what I needed it to do, no support. Not a defect or negative for the average user, but the company could have made adjustments for slim, female hands.

Just keep it in mind if this applies to you.

5 Stars Great Strap
This makes a marked difference in comfort holding a camera for a long time. I use this on a T2i with battery grip, or without the grip, and it’s VERY comfortable. For the price you can’t go wrong.

5 Stars Perfect strap
Excellent purchase. Strap gives me security for my DSLR. It fastens through the neckstrap swivel on the top of the camera and the tripod mount on the bottom. The tripod screw that fastens has a male for attaching to the camera and a female that accepts the tripod without undoing. Comfortable when holding.

5 Stars PERFECT size for the Nikon D90 DLSR Camera!
This brand is just as good as the most expensive brands quality-wise and alot cheaper in price than the leading brand. I like it because it is discreet. I do not need a bag that says Nikon on it. I’ve never needed a reminder that I have a Nikon in the bag and plus why bring more attention to yourself by flashing it.

Anyway, this case is a perfect size for a Nikon D90 kit with a 18mm-105mm lense. Anything bigger than that, it won’t fit. It is quite snug in the case. It has a zipper pocket inside to fit extra memory sticks and a Nikon ML-L3 remote. If you have the strap attached to the camera itself, you will need to tuck it in between the spaces inside the case. I really like the carrying handle. The case also has a mesh pocket in the outer-front part of the case, perfect for extra memory sticks. I like the pleather feel of the case because it keeps the camera relatively dry from rain and other precipitation. As for the belt holder, I do not recommend you using it because it is quite heavy with the camera in it and may cause unexpected mooning, thus, making your pants fall down if your pants are not on tight enough.=)

2 Stars The Sweet price is it’s best aspect. The only admirable one.
Started off as a good cheap option for my Nikon D40 with the 18-55mm lens.

However, the zippers (2) went bad in the next few months. I wouldn’t say I am the most gentle of handlers but they did not last me. Right now I am having to make do with this but I hope it aren’t long before I scale up to a better (quality), more comfortable (shoulder strap) & more durable/ tough (zippers and overall) case in the near future. It is worth a 2.5 star I would think.

Even if you are on a low budget keep this in mind before you jump onto this one.

Cheers!

2 Stars Small
Too small !! not even an inch left literally !! Spare battery, Lens cap etc have no space ! unbelievable ! A total waste, now I am searching for a slightly larger one to keep the charger etc etc.

5 Stars Great Camera Case!
I got this case for my Canon Xsi – great case, very durable, perfect size for the camera. Can’t beat the price!

4 Stars portability for the standard user
The case is durable and compact, and can fit into your backpack easaily. I’m able to comfortably place a Canon T2i with the strap placed first. Don’t plan on storing much else in this case except your camera with the standard lens. It doesn’t appear to accommodate longer lenses, but you’ll get away with an extra battery and SD card. If your a serious photographer planning on bring extra gear, get something bigger. If you go on trips/hikes/theme parks and will bring a backpack, this case will do the trick and keep your camera safe in your backpack.

5 Stars Panasonic GH1 For Video
I’m using this card in the Panasonic GH1 for HD video and it works great. No problems so far, and a great buy.

5 Stars Fantastic Card for a Great Price
I recently decided to dip my feet into digital photography, after scoring an awesome deal on a Nikon D40 kit. I needed a decently sized SD card, and after shopping around local big box retailers and on the web I settled on this one. The transfer speeds are quick, both while taking pictures and when in use with my camcorder. And the price is pretty awesome, by far the least expensive 16gb card I’ve found. But don’t be fooled by the price, its on par with other SD card from different manufacturers.

1 Star Great SDHC Card!! Until it dies.
I’m an amateur photographer and I’ve recently started to get into cinematography and photography on my T2i. I bought this card as a secondary card to my 8gb class 10 SanDisk card. I read reviews and recommendations that said this 16gb Transcend card was a great deal for price and bought it about a month ago. It worked great and I used it on numerous photo-shoots and long periods of shooting video. While on a paid photo and video shoot my camera stopped shooting in the middle of an interview and the card became unreadable. The card died on me and I lost all of the data on it. It seems that this card is not up to the standards that I would get with a more expensive card from SanDisk. I am now going to put the money into better performing cards rather than the cheap and easy ones after what happened.

3 Stars not bad, works pretty good
I bought this card that we would have more capacity for taking digital pictures while on vacation. You get virtually the full amoung as available storage; as hoped. The upload and download speeds are okay but the the fastest that I have seen. I dont know it it is a hardware or software issue that keeps it from going faster but still an okay card for the money.

1 Star Went bad after 1 year
Had this card for about a year, and it worked well until 2 days ago. I had it in my Nikon D5000 and got the error, “Unable to Format Card. Card May Be Defective.” Luckily I found a utility online to recover the pictures I had and I was able to re-format the card. It worked for another day and now I’m getting the error again.

I tried cleaning the contacts w/ a cotton swab, and even tried inserting the card while locked & unlocked – didn’t make a difference. Hopefully, the SanDisk 16GB Extreme – SDHC Class 10 High Performance memory card (SDSDX3-016G-P31, Retail Packaging) – NEW 30MB/s version I just bought will last longer.

5 Stars Must have tool for your DSLR
I put off buying a remote for my Nikon D80 for a while because I wasn’t sure I “needed” it. But then whenever I would try to get a night shot, or we’d have to run back and forth to use the timer for family photos I was annoyed. So finally I gave in and bought it. I was nervous it would be difficult to use, but it’s SO easy. You literally just set the camera to receive the remote and push the button. What could be easier!?! It’s so small I’m a bit nervous about losing it, but thankfully it comes with a little carrying pouch that slides onto your camera strap for safe keeping. Especially for this price, it’s a must have.

    5 Stars I’d recommend it
    Does as it’s suppose to

small, could be easy to lose so don’t put were you wont remember, cause it wont stand out.

    got here quickly too

    5 Stars Love It
Used this remote for the 1st time on vacation recently and loved it. We were able to get some amazing pictures of our family and the range went out at least 30 feet, never tried further. I was able to set the camera to remote/timer so you have a couple secs to hide your hand, this remote is small enough to slide into your pocket easily and quickly. Great product!

    2 Stars Get the Opteka
Used this for two years with D40x, D60 and D3000, biggest complaint is that you must be in front of and close to the camera, within 3-4 feet. Just got the Opteka version which is twice the size which makes it easier to operate for me, has far better range and will work from behind the camera.

    Opteka RC-2 Wireless Remote Control for Nikon D40, D40x, D50, D60, D70, D70s, D80, D90, D3000, & D5000 Digital SLR Camera (Nikon ML-L3 Replacement)

5 Stars Solid software that does what it says
Remote works just as it should. Small and easily hidden in hand if you are taking self portraits or in group shots.
